A New Construction Finished Basement For An Architect's Family

For this classic custom built home, we had the privilege of working alongside our client, an architect, who had a vision of his dream home that we were to bring to life. Designed to comfortably house two adults and eight children, this home was designed to perfection.

Finished Basement with a Bar, Wine Cellar, and Billiards Table

This basement, with its stained and polished concrete floors, and cast-in-place countertop boasts the same contemporary character as the rest of the home. A wine cellar and billiard room make it the perfect place for entertaining many guests while giving the kids plenty of room to roam.
