Brian Teasdale - Client Relationship Specialist

Brian has an ear eager to listen and brings years of people skills to the team. His role is to help you decide if we're the company you want to work with and then stick by your side throughout the entire process. One of the first people you talk to at Degnan Design-Build-Remodel, Brian will guide you through, alongside the designers and carpenters, to the very end!

Dave Duewel - Senior Designer

Dave found his love for Architecture at a young age when he discovered that most of his toys involved the concept of building. He discovered his true passion when he entered the Custom Residential Design market. It is here that he really dove into the design process with the intent of making each project just what the homeowner envisioned to enhance their lifestyle. His detail oriented approach is a welcomed addition to the Degnan design team.

David Luecht - Production Manager, MPM

Amy Volkmann - Office Manager, MBA

PJ Ender - Lead Carpenter, CLC, CRPM

Thanks to working his way through college, PJ's expertise goes well beyond carpentry. With experience in commercial construction, he learned framing, roofing, siding, and even owned his own company. This expertise is what led him to become a Lead Carpenter for Degnan Design-Build-Remodel. Seeking the best service for our clients, PJ has earned the Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) and Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) designations from NARI. PJ loves to travel, and he shares some of those experiences here.

Kelly Lawton - Lead Carpenter, CRPM, CLC

Kelly’s original background is in sales and marketing and he spent almost 25 years working in retail marketing and sales management, before making a career change in 2017. He's a dedicated team player who takes a lot of pride in his work, and an expert manager learning the full role of Lead Carpenter.

Kelly is passionate about carpentry, craftsmanship, and client relationships. As part of the team, Kelly has earned the Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) from NARI. Kelly shares some personal thoughts here!

Ruslans Kozlovskis - Remodeling Carpenter

Ruslans learned his carpentry skills at Madison College, got some on-the-job experience, and then joined the Degnan Design-Build-Remodel team. He has a cool connection to the Degnan family, too: He knew the Degnan's Latvian kids before they were adopted, and his American family helped inspire the Degnan's adoption. At Degnan Design-Build-Remodel, we think that communication and Company Culture are a pretty big deal. Therefore it’s important to be able to understand each other and communicate effectively. One of the ways we do this is by examining different personality assessments.
