This Home Was Featured In The 2012 Madison Area Builders Association Parade of Homes

A unique feature of this home built at Conservancy Place, in DeForest,  Wisconsin, is the lower-level audio room. One of the owners is an audiophile who writes about sound systems professionally. This basement room has full eight-foot ceilings and was designed for optimum sound quality with specialized drywall and adhesive.
