This Home Was Featured In The 2016 Madison Area Builders Association Parade of Homes

The basement of this home was designed with just as much care as the main level. It showcases another family room with full-sized windows, as well as a full-sized bedroom and bathroom. Some fun, unexpected additions are a wet bar, which completes the industrial lighting theme, a beautiful craft area with a painted chalkboard wall, and an enormous movie theatre room behind the double-doored entrance of the family room.
